The Legal Operations and Contracts Administrator will be a key member of the StarRez Legal team, responsible for administering the contract lifecycle, managing contract workflows, and implementing operational best practices across our global legal function. This role includes supervising a global contracts administrator, serving as the system administrator for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Lexion, and preparing legal performance metrics.

Help develop more effective ways for legal administrative tasks and projects in order to achieve the goals of the team and support the legal operational vision that includes blazing the trail of digital asset finance. Enforce legal processes and policies to optimize workflows, find opportunities to improve processes, and collaborate with legal team to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with deadlines.
